Terms of use
These terms govern the use of the TactiCam application and website, a service operated by Holographisme Sàrl (Geneva, Switzerland). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Service
TactiCam lets you film sports sessions with a smartphone, review and annotate the videos, and manage a team. The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else.
3. Image rights of people filmed, and minors
TactiCam acts as a tool and processor only : it hosts and processes content on behalf of the team, on its instructions, and performs no facial recognition and no biometric processing. Data processing is detailed in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not film people without their consent (see article 3).
- Do not publish unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes privacy.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or access another team's data.
5. Filming equipment: tripod, mast and mount
Setting up, stabilising, supervising and dismantling the filming support (tripod, telescopic mast up to 6 m, mount, ballast, guy lines) is the sole responsibility of the user, coach or club putting it in place, including where the equipment was supplied or recommended by TactiCam.
The user undertakes to observe the following:
- Weather conditions. No set-up, and immediate take-down, in sustained wind or gusts, in a forecast or ongoing storm, in snow, frost or on waterlogged ground. A raised mast is a high point: it is taken down at the first sign of a storm.
- Safety distances. No set-up near power lines, overhead cables, unstable trees or any overhead hazard. A clear perimeter at least equal to the total deployed height is kept around the support.
- Location. The support is placed on level, stable ground, away from the field of play, walkways, emergency exits and stands, so that a fall cannot reach a player, a spectator or a third party.
- Stability. The support is ballasted and, above 3 m, guyed. Clamps, collars, sections and the phone mount are checked before each use and after each deployment.
- Supervision. Deployed equipment is never left unattended. An adult remains responsible for the support throughout the filming session.
- Minors. Assembly, deployment and dismantling are not entrusted to minors.
- Load. The support carries no equipment beyond the load and wind exposure specified by its manufacturer, whose instructions prevail.
TactiCam and Holographisme Sàrl accept no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the assembly, deployment, fall, tipping, blow-over or dismantling of a filming support, nor for damage caused by weather conditions or by failure to observe the measures above. It is for the user or the club to hold suitable public liability cover and to make sure the installation is authorised by the owner or operator of the site.
6. Content and intellectual property
Videos and data uploaded by a team remain its property. You grant TactiCam the strictly necessary right to host and process them in order to provide the service. TactiCam may remove manifestly unlawful content.
We do not use your videos to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit and separate consent. Any tactical analysis is carried out on request, on your clips, for your use only. The platform, its software, its brand and its components remain the property of TactiCam / Holographisme Sàrl; no licence over these is granted beyond use of the service.
7. Availability and liability
We endeavour to keep the service running without guaranteeing it. To the extent permitted by law, TactiCam's liability is limited; the user remains responsible for how they use the service, in particular towards the people filmed.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer provisions.
